We are a husband-and-wife team that has helped countless families worldwide get their dream puppy. With our knowledge and breeder connections, we are happy to guide our customers in the right direction and make sure they leave us with a smile on their face once they find a puppy! We are situated in the charming city of Budapest-Hungary and after 8 years plus in the business we have developed numerous relationships with professional and honest breeders around Hungary and neighboring countries. If you are planning to get a puppy then our services will save you extreme effort and time of searching, visiting and inspecting breeders and their litters. Instead, we will be guiding you each step of the process until you receive your healthy and top-quality puppy. Our mission is to make the process of getting a dog as stress free and easy going as possible for our customers. In addition, due to potential language barrier with some of our Hungarian breeders, we are happy to provide our services in English, Italian and Portuguese.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
The welfare of the puppies is our top priority and concern. We have zero tolerance for puppy mills and bad breeding. Furthermore, we believe puppies should be getting the best care, happiest upbringing, and a nice environment to grow in. Therefore, we carefully choose the breeders we work with, and our potential customers.
WHAT WE DO
4. Delivery
We also organize door-to-door transportation/delivery of the puppy with our partner pet transport company. But that is an optional service, since some customers either prefer to personally pick-up their own puppy or organize the pick-up with a pet transportation company of their choice.
3. Reservation
If a puppy is reserved then we follow up with the customer on a regular basis with photographs and videos of the puppy until the day it has taken all the vaccinations and health checks and is in perfect condition and regulation to join his new family and home.
We take an inquiry for a puppy (via call, email, social media), then we contact our partner breeders to request if there are any available litter/puppies.

If a new litter is available and potential customer cannot be present, we send photographs, videos so they can select their preferred puppy. In case the customer lives or is in Hungary during the time of inquiry, then there is the option to go visit the puppy/breeder/kennel before making the decision of reserving a puppy.
OUR PUPS
Our puppies usually join their new families at the age of 16 weeks old (4 months) after having completed all required vaccinations i.e. Distemper, Parvovirus, adenovirus, parainfluenza and rabies as per European union regulations. Furthermore, the puppies are dewormed multiple times on a schedule, and we give a 1-year health guarantee which mainly covers death and life altering genetic or congenital diseases that could negatively affect the health of the puppy.

PAYING FOR YOUR PUPPY
Payment Terms:
• 20% puppy reservation fee (non-refundable)
• 80% paid upon delivery or via transfer 72 hours before the delivery day of the puppy.
Pet Transportation:
• Free of charge within the Hungarian territory.
• Additional cost outside Hungary (not included on price of the puppy), depends on customers location, so quote must be requested in advance.
